I have been running for about a month now straight pellets 24/7 and I get this strange situation where the ash will not dump during the clean cycle. So I get a pot full of ash. I go to the overide mode and move the pot and it moves freely. I have to take a poker and push the ash out of the pot. What could cause this to happen. The ash seems to be clumpy but not a solid clinker. Thoughts or suggestions?

you could try opening up your damper more to allow more air for combustion.
