A lot will depend on the interior smoothness of the plywood or whatever material you use. The rougher the texture the more angle of the dangle. I'd say a minimum of 15% from plumb.

Hi: as per Sting's link 23 deg elevation is the minimum, but at that angle the corn will sometimes sit there. Most of it will come out but some will stay on the bottom.
I built my storage (plywood bottom) last fall with 30 deg slope to be on the safe side; and 99.9% of the corn slid out just fine.
I did some testing ahead of time with a piece of plywood and a few kernels.
My back up plan was to line the floor with crazy carpets, but it turned out to not be an issue.
Apologies to Sidecar, but I don't think 15 degrees will work well at all, based on my testing.

Hope this helps!

I took a guess. I have grain tanks so no plywood bins here. No apology needed.

My cones at the bottom of the tanks must be at least 45 degrees, maybe more.

ok i went with a 30 deg hpoe it works another quest does the corn vac spread the corn pretty even or does it tend to mound the sealed box is 3 by 3foot wondering if i should put some sort of a deflecter where corn drops into top of bin.

Stacks at the repose angle as it drops from the Cornvac.
