I used 1.5" pvc pipe but heard 2" works better. Any comments

All depends what you transfer. For corn 1 1/2" is fine. But you need 2" for pellets to avoid plugging.
I use 1 1/4" for corn with no problems. Make sure you use wide sweeping conduit elbows and if you transition to hose at any point it should be smooth bore hose.
Also don't forget to add an air makup as close to the inlet point as possible. _________________ __________________________USSC 6039________________________
