Need new direct vent pipe-How to get parts?

We discovered the direct vent pipe had rusted out during the summer and now need to replace. Our local stove store has nothing for us and we need at least a 2 foot section. Can anyone tell me how to go about ordering this from bixby and how long we might be down or any other place we might obtain this part? Thanks so much

have 1 piece bixby 4 ft long , 80.00, plus shipping, we use simpson duravent and make it up with black 5 in pipe, duravent will not warranty it on a bixby, we have some running 5 years ,still good, some don't last that long, we find with a end cap it causes ex to get on pipe,when it gets wet it eats it up, we now recomend no cap ,just get ex away if you want to call and talk number is 717 7765237
you can not buy from bixby anymore, we can get it but too expensive and only 1 year warranty
we also have access to another brand that works just like bixby pipe, if installed right 10 year warranty , it is expensive, we don't stock but can get

blume are you saying that the duravent corn vent doesn't last long in some applications?
