When does the season open for ACLU lawyers??? Or is it year-round as it should be??? Well, I guess that black Escalade will be parked out front again for a while......................... after they monitor this. _________________ Quadra-Fire Castile and Sante Fe inserts

| It will take a long time to undo the damage eight years of the Jackass Murderer Bush caused. Give President Obama a chance to get going. He has not been in office long. |

I guess this thread is destined to be blocked but your Muslim buddy has done more damage to this country in one year than Bush did in 8 years. Actuallly 6 because the last two had a Dem Congress.
However, it IS correct that they are ALL crooks who feed off of the lobbyists. _________________ Quadra-Fire Castile and Sante Fe inserts

I would say it is........But saying that one is/was worse then the other is like saying it worse to get shot in the head then the heart either way your pushing daisies. Seems all they want to do is spend more money then they have and leave the next guy with the bag. Only reason people (generalizing....some too notice before well before now) are taking notice now is that the economy is slumping and times are tough......Keep buying on credit/borrowing from the future eventually it butcher's bill will come due and it's time to pay.......and none of them want to pay....just push it off to the next guy....or pump up a crisis to distract the people from what is really going on (smoke and mirrors) . IMHO there has not been a President in the last 20 years+ that hasn't "played" that way......and like i saw SideCarFlip say America voted for each one of "our" elected officials.............American is resilient and WILL rebound.but it's gunna hurt some.
Side note...Sorry for taking it off the subject..... _________________ -------Patrick------

yeah, I can go along with that owen. the thing is, the few "good" (which is to say neutral usually) get pushed out and made to look like fools/crooks/idiots/religious fanatics. Ol' Obama Al Quaida is the cream of the crop of idiot puppets. He makes Bush look like John F.Kennedy. _________________ 0111100101101111011101010010000001110011011101010110001101101011

John F Kennedy was the one President in modern times that didn't ascribe to the machine politics of the Washington bureaucrats, which, is why he met an untimely death.
In Washington, you play by the rules or you go out in a box. Obama is playing by the rules all the way. Obama's biggest problem is he's telling too many lies and he's going to get caught with his knickers down around his ankles some day.
Obama is a study is what it takes to be President, learn while you earn.
If it wasn't for the media's love of his charisma, he'd be toilet bowl freshener long ago.
My comment to the fellow that wants to give him a chance, I have no problem with that nor do I have a choice. Obama is just a continuation of Bush who was a continuation of Clinton who was a continuation of Carter and so on. Nothing changes on Capitol Hill with the passing of the guard, just new faces, empty promises, outright lies and the continued degradation of this country and our standard of living.
Obama's platform was 'Hope and Change'. The American people needed a new face and a new perspective. What they got was a new face and a socialist agenda, however, it's the same agenda that McCain had too. McCain and Obama differ only in their playbook. The end game is the same.
Don't think for a second that this is a democracy because it isn't. It hasn't been a democracy for the last 70 years or so. Woodrow Wilson took care of that. The real owners of this country aren't the people, it's the bankers and the bankers control the Federal Reserve and the Federal Reserve prints and distributes the fiat currency of the land, a currency that's backed by nothing but a promise from the government and well all know just how good the word of a politician is. Never forget that the Federal Reserve is no more a federal entity than Federal Express. It's a private corporation just like IBM or Xerox or any of thousands of corporations with one major difference.
It makes no product but it always makes a profit. It prints money and charges interest on the money it prints. It's a immense Ponzi scheme called Fractional Reserve Banking and you, as a citizen, have no control over it, whatsoever.
You might be interested to know that the Great Depression was really caused by the blunderings of the Federal Reserve.
We'll all keep on keeping on. That's what good patriotic Americans do. Too bad your government is pulling the rug from under that premise with the guise of such buzzwords as 'stimulus' and bailout and enacting laws and ordinances designed to, in the end, dilute the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Never think for a second that you are anything but a commodity for the government to manipulate and use at it's discretion because if you do, you are living in a fantasy world. _________________ Flipmeisters Specialty Products, LLC

JFK was about the worst negotiator ever. Worst that the guy we have today
This guy just apologists his way in and out of deals
JFK made no deal -- didn't even try to - he simply said get those bombs out of Cuba now. PERIOD END OF DISCUSSION....
Those Russian rockets of the day were more dangerous to the poor guys that had to work on them, even try to fire them ---- than any target they even thought they might hit- The Soviets in Cuba wouldn't / couldn't have fired them if they tried. If any Russian rocket would have deployed the far superior fire power of the USA would have roasted all of Eastern Europe and some of us - off the planet
JFK knew that, but did he leave Khrushchev any back door to gracefully withdraw too? -- NO he planted a slap to his face in front of the whole world -- only to be rebutted by the red faced man banging his shoe on the podium -- Yelling "We will Bury You"
That stupid move by JFK plunged us into the cold war - anybody old enough to remember practicing hiding under your school desk made of wood to protect your head from THERMAL NUCLEAR WAR?
Com On Flip -- your remember? JFK was no hero -- his family money came from running liquor across the border during prohibition. _________________ When you turn your boiler on - - Does it return the favor?

Of course the family was a bunch of bootleggers Sting, that's why they are/were all red faced. They sampled the hooch all the time.
JFK was just better than the rest of the crop including what we have today. The last 5 Presidents have all been lesser in succession than the previous office holder with probably the exception of Richard Nixon. Nixon was just an idiot.
I could really care less who is in the White House. Black, White, Hispanic, Female, even a carpet muncher, I could care less. I just would like to see the people represented equitably and not personal agenda's or agenda's contrived by advisers.
Government is supposed to be 'We the People'. It isn't. It's so far removed from the people that the central government is in an adversarial position to the citizens it's supposed to serve and that's not just on a Federal level either. This godforsaken state I live in has a legislature so far removed and so alienated from it's constituents, it's as pathetic as the federal branch.
Politicians, in general, are nothing more than leeches living on collected and uncollected tax money. Professional whores that believe in their minds that they are better than the citizens they serve but they have no problem being paid for their arrogant attitudes with tax money collected from the serfs, excuse me, citizens.
Sadly, the real root cause of everything that's happening can all be traced back to one thing. The USD and the producers of it, the Federal Reserve.
What entities got the bulk of the uncollected tax money, aptly called TARP funds or 'stimulus' if you will? The bankers. Who runs the country? The bankers. The bankers run the country through the Federal Reserve and the Fed controls all the money. Like Rothschild said long ago, "He who controls the money, controls the people'. Ben Bernacke and the board control what goes on in this country, never think otherwise because without even the fiat currency we trade in, the country as you and I know it to be, would cease to exist.
That brings me to a point to ponder. If Obama keeps on stimulating (God, I hate that word) the economy with infusions of declining in value FRN's, at some point and I suspect in the near future, the USD will not be recognized by foreign countries as a tangible currency and at that point, Obama and his socialist regime could exchange in circulation USD's for some other currency, most likely the Euro or the Amero, both currencies of the New World order. That's something to ponder, especially the exchange rate. Theoretically, you could loose everything if the rate was unfavorable. I believe that's why there is an increasing value on precious metals.
It would be very easy for the central government to change currencies and completely devalue the FRN.
I'd sure like to know what the leaders of this country discuss at their retreats at the Bohemian Grove.
I think often about our rights as citizens of this still great country, especially about the right to freedom of speech and the written word and I wonder just how long that freedom will continue.
In some what is termed civilized countries of the world, discussing what we are discussing here is tantamount to treason against the government and is punishable by imprisonment or worse.
Sadly, as the central government tightens it's grip on the citizens, freedoms we take for granted will disappear and likely, the freedom to express your views without reprisal will as well.
I'll enjoy it while I can. _________________ Flipmeisters Specialty Products, LLC
