| Are you sure you have the control board set to "corn", and not pellets? |

| all settings are correct.we have found we have to increase the feed up from the 1 setting to keep enough fuel in pot to keep fire going.it's been weird we went to 2 and was fine for 1 day now we are on 3 and this is the feed setting that should always be set at 1(factory setting).i really think auger moter is getting weak.just wish it would just quit all together. |

sounds like you are getting too much air, and the fuel is burning faster than can be fed. Time the auger and check fuel supply into burn pot at the different settings. May be something in the auger tube causing a blockage. Just a thought. Good Luck! _________________ LDJ 165K BOILER / Harman PC45 / Kan_Burn Cleaner/Mover - the original |

I have an ancient Englander (which is the same thing just older) and I found the A/F ratio was too high and was consuming fuel faster than the auger could transport it.
I just richened the mixture by slowing the draft fan down a bit. I have the old style board and there was no provision for reducing the draft fan speed so I partially blocked the vent at the exhaust nipple.
It's my shop heater. Old and trusty. 13 years old to be exact. _________________ Flipmeisters Specialty Products, LLC

| I'm betting somethings stuck in the auger. Sounds like what happened to my kids stove last winter. Drove us nuts. |
