| I have been let down by the lack out output by this unit. Ive been trying to fine tune it for 2weeks now, to no avail. Have it running on 10 with the blower on full in a room by it self. mabey 400 sq ft. It is 64 deg. 6ft. in front of the stove, and only 19 deg. outside. Am I just missing something? |

Something must not be right...my 2100 has easily heated my 1500 sq. foot home for several winters now. _________________ My Therapist Recommends Shock Therapy. |

The stove may be blowing heat out the exhaust. The air blowing into the burn pot is at too high a rate. There is a disk on the burn pot that can be bent to regulate the air. If the fire looks like a blow torch it needs to be slowed down.
Keeping the heat exchanger tubes clean is also particularly important with this stove. _________________ Countryside 3500P (pedestal version) used 8-9 yrs, 24/7 during days requiring heat. All original motors. Burns moldy corn, and pellets equally well. Burn it if you got it.

| With the moisture problem in the 4100 hopper and this one not putting out enough heat I would test the corn and see what the moisture is. |

Try this on the left side take the panel off and pull the upper blower motor (make sure un pluged) and see if that has soot in it. I had the same problem and thats what it was. _________________ Amaizablaze 2100 |

I think you have a combustion air problem. I would try to tinker with the air screw long enough to keep a steady fire on feed rate 1. This should get you dialed in pretty well. The heat should increase with the correct setting.
Also, I would try putting the fire box from the 4100 in the 2100 and observe any difference.
A test bag of store bought corn will also narrow down what is causing the low heat output. _________________ You can pour syrup on poop...but that don't make it pancakes

I already have a 4100 firepot in the 2100. that did improve the output. but not significantly.
there is no air adjustment screw on this model, other than the tab on the back of the firepot.
The output temp in the center tube is around 210 with a average 6" flame, temp taken with a 6" probe. The setting is on 10. |
