My PF100 has recently began to suck air thru damper in outer door at high fire. Stove has been cleaned including combustion blower and outside air intake is clean-not plugged or restricted. Can anyone tell me what to look for? The stove has run pretty well thru winter, this is our first year burning pellets.

Are your talking about the little damper in the fire box door? If you are my PF100 runs just a little open all of the time. And it also flops around a bit when starting up.

I don't have the PF100, but I have the PB105 (boiler). The boiler has a flap in the air intake pipe. I know that sometimes it may stick on people. You may want to check that out if your furnace has one.
