What stove do you have? 110 or 115? What software are you using? Are there any lights that come on? Could your flue be blocked? Do you have a cable for bixcheck? _________________ You have to endeavor to persevere |

Clean under the feed wheel it may be raised up enough that the sensor is not see the wheel movement. just a thought. _________________ Oldschool- 110 bixby |

1. The TC connector can easily come loose at J18 of the motherboard. Check this connection. It could be loose, giving intermittent readings.
2. The TC connector can fit onto an empty connector on the igniter board. Make sure that it is indeed connected onto the motherboard, not the igniter board. You could have inadvertently connected it to the igniter board after knocking it loose?
3. If the prob persists, test the TC again as explained in the WIKI at http://forum.iburncorn.com/wiki/index.php/BixbyFAQ#Thermocouple . Try the continuity test. _________________ Bixby 115 MaxFire.

Hey, congratulations, Bucky!
Don't worry, I'm sure that your Bixby will have the mini-Buck warm and comfortable with minimal effort. Thermocouples are very simple devices; essentially, two lengths of dissimilar metal wire connected together at the flue end and connected to the motherboard at the other.
In addition to the above, check the TC wires for breaks in insulation and for excessive kinks. _________________ Bixby 115 MaxFire.
