Has anybody found a good source on the internet that has Quad parts available in a timely manner? Found this site but realized it said "Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for parts to be available".

Was trying to find something a little quicker than the dealer. They seem to always have to order parts and I have to wait for them to place their store order. They may be a little higher than the dealer as well. But if I can have it now as opposed to waiting in some instances it may be worth it. |

Funny you would ask that question Binford. I'm searching for a good place online for a friend that needs a Combustion Motor for his Santa Fe.
Any suggestions folks?
Sometimes it can be a wash since freight will have to be charged. In state at a dealer you have to pay sales tax.
Stay Warm,

9 times out of 10, it is cheaper at a dealer(depending on the dealer of course)
the best thing a person can do is once or twice a year, buy a part. in a matter of time, you have your spare parts and don't have to depend on a dealer that don't want to keep the basics on hand. _________________ Quadra Fire

Great info!!
His Santa Fe serial number is: 1629064
I see Black Swan has the Exhaust Blower part # 812-4400 for $210.00
I wonder if this is the correct blower since they have three stove versions it appears.
Thanks,

I got a combustion blower for my Mt Vernon for under $200. A tech named Jason Munson sells them. He has what you need and ships it out fast. the blower I got from him was whisper quiet and still is..much better than the one I replaced. |

OK let me get this straight Corn Bird is Jason Munson. Or are you just cut and pasting from his eBay listing???? I actually have that auction bookmarked myself. My fan was making some noise at the end of last winter, but has been good so far this year. This isn't a Quad fan.. its aftermarket?? does it come with a gasket??
