| Hi all. I have a classic bay, and one of the heat exchanger tubes has fallen. When I clean the unit I use needle nose pliers and put it back, but if always falls again. How to fix this? |

Hi Cathyr and welcome to the forum. as you may have seen, iburncorn is in the process of starting a new forum, so you may want to get started getting a new registry over there as they are going to lock this one eventually. as far as your heat exchanger tube, you will have to have a dealer fix it. quad has a tool that they send to the dealers that they use to "press" those tubes back into position. stay warm. kap _________________ Quadra Fire

If you give me your email address and I will email you the repair instructions which have pics of the repair tool and maybe you can devise something. I have one but would have to send it out to you fedex. _________________ Classic Bay 1200FS |
