And his keepers allow him to operate a chain saw? _________________ Countryside 3500P (pedestal version) used 8-9 yrs, 24/7 during days requiring heat. All original motors. Burns moldy corn, and pellets equally well. Burn it if you got it.

That's good Tall!! I wouldn't want to be near Bush or Cheney if either had a chain saw or firearm!!
I'm not too sure how they would fair with a corn/pellet stove though. Probably too lazy to fill the hopper with fuel. Their like a relative I know, she wants to start and stop everything with a button and refuses to lift a bag of pellets for anything!! Our country is too full of people like this. They would rather burn foreign oil by the tanker load now, pay whatever price and then worry about how to fix everything when it's too late.
I better get off my soap box!!!
Did any of you look at those robotic mower links I posted? I think they are neat but a little pricy. What's great is they only burn about $7 - $14 worth of electricity a season for an average yard! No Oil! If someone had to pay 40 - 50 per week for mowing, they would definately pay for themselves in a couple of years though. The Italian made Lawnbott Evolution as I understand has a better drive system and not plastic gears like the RL1000 Israeli model.
Jumping on and off my soap box!!!

AR, I wonder if a soap box would support anybody today? They don't make them like they used to. You could use a milk case. I'm afraid one of those robotic lawn mowers wouldn't hack it on my (lawn?). A herd of goats might work better for automatic mowing. I'm the only one on my block with a walking lawn mower and it's self propelled. All the others ( are John Deere riders, except one Craftsman. One is a Diesel powered one. The newest one sells for-a guess-$13,000. She has a mower deck and a snow blower for it. Over 20 horsepower. I think it has everything but road service and a heated seat. When the grass is growing fast she mows it every day. _________________ Countryside 3500P (pedestal version) used 8-9 yrs, 24/7 during days requiring heat. All original motors. the problem they would have is they would fill it with rolls of $100 instead of pellets/corn and it would jam up |

Very true Bushy! With all of the money Bush and Cheney are getting from the war/oil for my buddies effort, they wouldn't need to buy pellets or corn! Just burn bales of dollars in one of those big round bale outdoor furnaces. Not 1's and 5's but those good ole 100's!!!! They have plenty of them!!
