bluewolf,
I saw this video on TV a couple months back, but since then I haven't heard anything. Since the early sixties I have heard about these carbs that would revolutionize the auto industry. Then you would hear that the oil companies had bought up the patent to keep it off the market. Bottomline, nothing ever came about. I figured this was the same, and may be.
I googled the words on the side of the car in the video you posted, and came up with the following video. What I didn't know, is that there is a $10 million dollar prize for the team that comes up with a car that will get 100 miles plus on a gallon of gas(be it electric, steam, gas, etc.). Maybe this will bring somthing real to the market. Let's hope so.

I was trying to find out when the prize would be awarded and the following is all I have found so far. This is an excerpt out of the bottom link:
The window for applications will be open until mid 2008, when a thorough qualification process will assess safety, cost, features and business plans to ensure that only production-capable, consumer-friendly cars compete. Those that qualify will race their vehicles in rigorous cross-country stage races in 2009 and 2010 that combine speed, distance, urban driving and overall performance. The winners will be the vehicles that exceed 100 MPGe, meet strict emissions standards and finish in the fastest time. Host cities involved in the competition route are to be announced shortly.
